These Warranty and Returns policies inure for the benefit of Every Window, LLC and its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates.
Every Window, LLC takes great pride in its customer service and will facilitate any claims under the product’s manufacturer warranty between the Customer and the manufacturer. Should a Customer have any questions or potential warranty claims, Customer should contact Every Window, LLC promptly.
Every Window, LLC has no direct warranty liability to Customer.
Neither Every Window, LLC, nor the product(s) manufacturer have any responsibility for wrong measurements or improper installation.
Should the Customer have questions regarding the manufacturer or the provisions of the warranty the Customer should contact Every Window, LLC for clarification.
Every Window, LLC is not responsible for any labor charges, transportation or any other costs related to installation, removal or replacement of a defective product regardless if such product has an approved manufacturer warranty claim.
RETURN POLICY
Each window sold by Every Window, LLC is built to customer-provided specifications and measurements. Therefore, Every Window does not stock or re-stock products. Every Window, LLC has no liability and offers no returns or exchanges for products ordered with incorrect measurements as these are input by the customer. Every Window, LLC makes no claim whatsoever as to the proper fitting of the purchased window.
