I ordered an odd size window (aren't they all???) it was 40" wide and 26" tall. You built and sent it to me, I had a contractor install it. PERFECT FIT !!! The quality was outstanding, the contractor said he could tell it was well made. Thanks so much for a quality job and product. Building my own home during the pandemic and supplies are impossible to find. I took a chance and ordered these windows. They came in 1 month EARLY and were amazing and the price was too good to be true. I told other contractors about my find and they are so jealous. I'm just sorry I didn't know they would come early and didn't order ALL my windows from them.

Customer service was good. Their delivery services is terrible. I originally rated this company off of the delivery and that was not fair. With that being said, window quality is good and pleased with my installation. I'm not so pleased with how the delivery personnel handled my package though (I'm sure I made that part clear) . Overall I'm happy with my product.

Customer service was great and responded within hours. Covid delayed the shipment but received in 10 weeks of order. Quality is good and measurements perfect. Would order again!!

The windows arrived very quickly. In this COVID period, it took several weeks for my contractor to install the window. He was pleased with the quality. The measurements were exactly as promised. I would buy from Every Window, again.
